How do I lock and unlock my bike when I would like to make a stop?

Please obey local parking rules, not doing so might cause your bike to be impounded by the city.

During your rental period, you can park, lock and unlock your bike (preferably at a bicycle rack), as many times as you wish.
To lock the bike, please tap the "Lock" button in the app.
When the app tells you to press the orange handle down, go ahead and press it down with your hand.
If you are using one of our new Gen 4 bikes, the lock does not have a handle, and it will lock automatically.
To unlock the bike, please tap the "Unlock" button in the app.
To check if the lock is locked, it should not be possible to pull it up unless you unlock it via the app.
