How do I use a chain lock to secure the bike?

Most of our bikes come with a chain lock.

Please use the chain lock to secure the bike by looping the chain to a bike rack or a city street fixture

Note: Some cities have strict local laws and bikes can only be parked and locked to a bike rack.

How to unlock the chain lock

Once you tap unlock on the app the back wheel lock will automatically unlock but you will need to pull one of the sides of the chain lock out. 

How to lock the chain lock 

Once you tap lock option on the phone,  the app will ask you to move the orange handle of the back wheel lock. Before you do that, push the chain lock end on the side hole of the wheel lock and then push the orange handle.
