To extend your pass please go to the map screen in the app and tap on the coin icon indicated by the red arrow. After purchasing a pass valid for your bike type it will then automatically trigger once your current pass is expired.
It may take up to 1 minute for the next Day Pass to be visible as active after the current one expires, you may see "Pass Expired" during that time, but no worries, the new one will already be active in the background.
