How to Unlock and Lock an E-Bike

Unlocking and locking your e-bike is done entirely through the app using a Bluetooth connection.

🔓 How to Unlock

1. Prepare your phone: Ensure Bluetooth is ON, internet is active, and the app has Bluetooth permissions.

2. Verify Bike ID or name: Match the ID or name in the ap with the ID or name on the bike's phone holder.

3. Tap "Unlock": Press the button in the app. The bike’s lights will turn on.

4. Open the Lock: The rear wheel lock should pop open.

   • If it stays closed: Tap "Unlock" again.

🔒 How to Lock

1. Tap "Lock": Press the button in the app and follow the prompts.

2. Secure the Bolt: * Standard E-Bikes: When prompted, manually press the orange handle down.

   • Gen 4 E-Bikes: These models have no orange knob; the lock will close automatically.

3. Verify: You should not be able to pull the lock back up manually.
