How do I unlock a classic bike?

To unlock a classic bike, you must be physically present at the vehicle. Note: Support cannot unlock bikes remotely, the connection must be made via your smartphone.

🔓 Unlock Steps

1. Verify Bike ID or Name : Match the ID or name  of the bike rented in your app with the ID or name on the bike’s phone holder.

2. Tap Unlock: Press the "Unlock" button in the app.

3. Wait for the Click: The electronic lock on the rear wheel should pop open automatically.

4. Manual Assist: If the lock does not spring open, manually pull up the orange knob.
