- You are not allowed to take the bike outside of the operating area; this is the area where there are drop-off locations available for this bike.
- We cannot assist with bike issues outside the operating area, if the bike needs to be relocated this will lead to a relocation fee.
- The whole idea is to experience every corner of the city on your bike. Just make sure you lock the bike when you take breaks and that you return the bike on time to one of our drop-off locations in the same city where you picked it up.
- You don't need to park the bike at our hubs during your rental.
- Some cities may have designated bike racks where you have to park; e.g., the city of Amsterdam may remove bikes that are not in those areas. Please look out for vehicle parking signs on the streets or simply ask a local to make friends!

In the Netherlands bicycles cannot move between Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Dordrecht, The Hague and Katwijk / Oestgeest / Leiden.

In Belgium bicycles cannot move between Antwerp and Gent.
