How long does a refund take?

Most refunds will appear back on the payment method you used within 5-15 working days.
Withdrawing money from your app wallet also takes 5-15 business days normally.
However for some payment methods this can take up to 30 working days.
If after 30 working days you have not received a refund the payment method you paid with, please contact directly from your registered email address at support@donkeyrepublic.com
In case we didn't charge you, but only authorized/reserved money on your account it can take longer for your bank to release the hold on this money, up to 30 working days in some cases.
