Can I use my Donkey Wallet in a different country?

Donkey Wallet funds are currency-specific. Because we do not offer in-app currency conversion, your balance can only be used in countries that share the same currency as your deposit.

📍 Key Rules

• No Automatic Conversion: Wallet funds cannot be converted (e.g., from EUR to DKK) or used in a country with a different currency.

• Geographical Limits: If you travel to a region with a different currency, your current wallet balance will not be available for use.

🔄 How to change your Wallet currency

If you need to use your wallet funds in a new country with a different currency, follow these steps:

1. Withdraw: Go to the Wallet Tab in the app and select Withdraw. (Funds typically return to your original payment method in 5–15 business days).

2. Add Funds: Once you are in your new location, add funds again. The app will automatically use the local currency of the country you are currently in.
