We accept a wide range of international and local payment methods. Your payment information is securely processed to ensure a seamless riding experience.

💳 Accepted Cards & Digital Wallets

We support major providers globally, including:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro (must have a CVV code).

• Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

🇪🇺 Regional Payment Options

In Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands, you can also pay using:

• Bancontact, iDeal, Sofort, and Klarna.

• Note: These methods require a minimum deposit into your Donkey Wallet to activate your rental.

✅ Payment Verification

When you add a new payment method, we perform a small temporary authorization to ensure the card is active:

• Amount: Approximately €0,50 (or local equivalent, e.g., 5 DKK / 0.5 CHF).

• Refund: This is not a permanent charge. The amount is immediately refunded or released by your bank once verification is complete.
