What are bike relocation fees?

Regular relocation fee

If end your rental outside a Donkey Republic drop-off location, you will be charged relocation fee.
The fee is based on the distance from the nearest available hub.
If the bike(s) are returned more than 50km away from nearest drop-off location, the case will be treated as a lost bike.

You will receive an email about this charge.
This fee is also applied if we recover a missing bike. This fee is to cover the bike transport and manpower cost needed to move the bike around the city.

Harm to third parties

If the bike(s) are returned in an illegal way that harms any third parties, or cause trouble with public authorities, the costs will be passed onto the Rider or Organiser. For example, if the bike is removed by authorities due to not-permitted parking, or if Donkey Republic is fined due to such parking, these will constitute such fines.
