The distance an e-bike can cover on a single charge is not a fixed figure; think of it as a dynamic estimate. Your actual mileage shifts constantly based on how you ride and the conditions you face. The maximum estimate the bike can travel is shown in the App.
Factors like rider and cargo weight are significant—the heavier you are, the harder the motor has to work, which uses up more juice. Similarly, tackling steep hills or challenging terrain is a major drain compared to cruising on flat pavement.
The weather also plays a big role. Battling a strong headwind significantly increases air resistance and forces the motor to burn more power. Furthermore, very cold temperatures temporarily reduce the efficiency of the battery itself.
