How do I know how many bikes there are at a drop-off location?

Finding a bike is easy once you know how to read the app's map. We use real-time tracking to show you exactly where our fleet is distributed.

📍 Using the Map

• Numbers on the Map: The large numbers you see on the map represent the total count of available bicycles at that specific drop-off location (hub).

• Detailed View: Tap on any drop-off location icon. This will open a list showing every individual bike at that spot.

• Bike Status: In the detailed view, you can check each bike's specific status, such as its name and whether it is a classic bike or an e-bike.

⚡ E-Bike Battery Levels

If you are looking for an e-bike, tapping the location will also show you the estimated battery percentage for each vehicle. This ensures you don't walk to a bike that doesn't have enough charge for your intended trip.
