🚲 How to Report an Abandoned Bike

To help our fleet team find the bike quickly, please send an email to support@donkeyrepublic.com with the following details:

1. The Bike's Name: Every Donkey Republic bike has a unique name printed on the frame or the lock (e.g., "Sir Gallop" or "Orange Racer").

2. The Exact Location: Provide a specific street address, a Google Maps link, or a detailed description of where the bike is located.

3. A Photo (Optional): If possible, attach a quick photo of the bike and its surroundings to help our team spot it.

🕒 What Happens Next?

• Recovery: Once we receive your report, our local "Shepherds" will be notified to pick up the bike and return it to a designated hub or the workshop.

• Timeline: We aim to pick up reported bikes as soon as possible, though the exact timing depends on local team availability.
