Child seats, helmets and other extra equipment.

When preparing for your ride, please keep in mind that our fleet consists of standardized bikes designed for individual adult travel. We do not currently provide specialized accessories or safety gear.

🚲 Extra Equipment Guidelines

• Child Seats: We do not offer bikes equipped with child seats, and our standard bike frames are not designed for third-party seat attachments. For safety reasons, please do not attempt to attach your own.

• Helmets: We do not provide helmets with our rentals.

  • Local Regulations: In some regions, wearing a helmet is legally mandatory. Please check the local laws of the city you are riding in and ensure you bring your own helmet to stay compliant and safe.

• Locks: You do not need to bring your own lock. Every Donkey bike comes with an integrated Bluetooth electronic lock that you control directly through the app.
