How do I end my rental?

Ending your rental correctly ensures you aren't overcharged. Follow these steps to ensure the session is closed successfully:

✅ Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Return: Tap "Return" in the app. The map will show your current location and highlight the nearest available drop-off points. You may choose any visible hub.

2. Arrive at the Hub: Move the bike into the designated drop-off zone. The "End Rental" button will turn green once the app confirms you are in the correct GPS location.

3. Lock the Bike: Tap the green "End Rental" button and follow the specific locking instructions for your bike model.

4. Confirm Completion: Stay on the screen until you see your digital receipt.

⚠️ Critical Note

Do not close the app until the receipt appears. Exiting the app prematurely may prevent the system from registering the end of your trip, causing the timer (and charges) to continue. Your rental has not ended until your receive your receipt on screen and/or by e-mail.
