How do I end a rental when I’m not with the bike or the bike cannot lock?

If you realized you forgot to end your trip after walking away, you can manually terminate the rental through the app.

📲 Steps for Remote Return

1. Distance Requirement: Ensure you are at least 30 meters away from the bike.

2. Request End: Tap "End Rental" in the app.

3. Connection Attempt: The app will try to search for the bike via Bluetooth. When the connection fails, it will ask: "Are you with the bike?"

4. Confirm Absence: Select "No."

5. Pinpoint Location: Use the map to mark the exact location where you left the bike.

6. Finalize: Confirm the details to end the session.
