How do I cancel my rental?

You can cancel your rental and receive a refund as long as you have not yet unlocked the bike.

✅ Cancellation Rules

• Before Unlocking: You can cancel in the app at any time before the first unlock.

• After Unlocking: Once the bike has been unlocked, the "Cancel" option is no longer available. To stop your session, you must End the Rental at a designated drop-off location.

💰 Refund Information

• Automatic Processing: Your refund is triggered automatically upon cancellation.

• Timeline: Funds typically return to your account within 5–10 working days.

• Exceptions: Please note that reservation fees are non-refundable.
