How do I sign up for a membership?

Joining the Republic as a member is the best way to save money if you plan to ride frequently. The signup process varies slightly depending on whether you are using a public plan, a special promo code, or a corporate/university email.

🚲 Option 1: Standard Membership 

If you just want to browse the public plans available in your city:

1. Open the App: Tap the Account icon in the top right.

2. Browse Plans: Select "Become a member."

3. Select & Review: Tap "Select plan" on your preferred option, then tap "Review" to see the pricing breakdown and included minutes.

4. Confirm: Tap "Buy now" to activate your membership immediately.

If you have a specific code from a partner or a promotion:

1. Access Code Entry: Go to your Account page and tap "Membership code."

2. Submit: Enter your code and tap "Submit code" to unlock the hidden offer.

Some memberships are tied to your email domain (e.g., @university.edu or @company.com):
