How to cancel your membership

You can cancel your membership at any time through the app. There are no long-term contracts; however, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

📲 Steps to Cancel

1. Open Membership Settings: Tap on the Account icon in the app and select "Current membership."

2. Request Cancellation: Tap the "Cancel" button on your active membership card.

3. Confirm: A message will appear confirming that your membership remains active until the end of the current period. Tap "Proceed."

4. Verify Expiration: Once confirmed, your membership card will show the exact date and time your access expires.

🗓️ What happens next?

• Continued Access: You can continue to use all membership benefits (like included minutes or discounted rates) until the expiration date shown.

• Final Billing: You will not be charged again after the current period ends.

• Reactivation: If you change your mind, you can usually "Undo" the cancellation or re-subscribe at any time before the expiration date.
