How to reset your password
If you are having trouble logging in, the recovery process depends on how you originally created your account.

If you signed up using your email address and a unique password:
Request Reset: Go to the Password Reset Page and enter the email address used for your rentals.
Check your Inbox: You will receive an email with instructions within a few minutes.
Check Spam: If you don't see it, check your Junk/Spam folder.
đź”— Social Logins (Apple ID, Google, or Facebook)
If you created your account using a third-party service:
No Manual Reset: You cannot reset your password through Donkey Republic.
The Solution: Simply tap the corresponding Apple, Google, or Facebook button on the login screen. Your credentials are managed by those platforms, not by us. If you've forgotten those passwords, you must reset them through Apple, Google, or Facebook directly.
🛠️ Troubleshooting Login Issues
If you still can’t get in:
Update the App: Ensure you are running the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
Network Check: Turn off Wi-Fi and use Mobile Data to ensure a stable connection to our authentication servers.
VPNs: Disable any active VPNs, as they can sometimes block secure login requests.
