GPS Accuracy Settings
If the location is not accurate when using our mobile application, it may be due to your device’s GPS settings.
We recommend setting your location to High Accuracy on your phone.
These settings will vary with phone models and whether you have Android or iOS . You may have to consult your device’s documentation.
Go to Settings > Location > Mode > High Accuracy
If your phone is set to Power Saving, it will use Wi-fi and mobile networks to find your location, but it will not use any GPS signal.
If your phone is set to GPS only, it will take longer for it to pinpoint your precise location.
Instead, using High Accuracy uses all possible location information to speed up the location pinpointing.
