How do I switch to a different bike?

If your current bike has a low battery or a mechanical issue, you can swap it for another one.

📍 Requirement: Location

You can only perform a switch while physically present at an official drop-off location. The app will not allow a switch if you are mid-trip in a non-designated area.

🔄 Steps to Switch

1. Open the App: While at a drop-off location, tap the "Switch to another bike" button.

2. Browse Availability: You will see a list of available bikes at that specific hub.

3. Select Your New Bike: Tap the "Switch" button next to your preferred bike ID to transfer your rental.
