Day Pass Overview & Policy

1. Availability & Validity

• Regional Availability: Passes are city-specific and available in select locations only.

• Activation: The pass duration begins immediately upon purchase.
  
  

2. Rental Minute Allowance

Each pass includes a specific bank of Free Rental Minutes

• Active Tracking: Minutes only deduct from your balance while a bike is actively rented.

• Pausing the Timer: To stop the countdown of your free minutes, you must officially end your rental at a designated drop-off location, locking the bike does not end your rental.

• Bike Switching: You may switch bikes as often as desired during the pass validity period, provided the previous rental was successfully ended.
  
  

3. Billing & Overages

• Post-Pass Rates: If your free rental minutes are exhausted OR the pass expires, any ongoing or subsequent rentals are billed at the standard "Just Ride" rate.

• Just Ride rates only apply if no other valid passes are active on the account.

4. Vehicle Compatibility

• Default: Unless otherwise specified, passes are valid for Classic Bikes only.

• E-Bikes: E-bike access requires a specific E-bike pass or an explicit mention of compatibility in the pass terms.
