Short-Term Reservation Options

In select cities, you can secure a bike shortly before arrival:

• Duration: Up to 30 minutes.

• Pricing: Often available at a discounted rate.

• How to Activate: If available in your city, the reservation option will appear as a prompt when you begin the rental process in the app.

Automatic Cancellation Policy

The following "No-Show" rule applies:

• 30-Minute Limit: If the bicycle is not physically picked up within 30 minutes of the reservation/rental start time, the session is automatically cancelled by the system.
