1. Mandatory Prerequisites

To successfully use the co-rider feature, each co-rider must have:

• Their own smartphone.

• An active internet connection.

• A valid phone number.

• The Donkey Republic app installed.

2. Setup Instructions

Co-riders can only be added during the booking process. Once a rental has started, you cannot add or change co-riders.

1. Enter Emails: Add each co-rider’s email address while creating your group booking.

2. Email Invitation: Co-riders will receive an automated invitation via email.

3. Activation: Co-riders must follow the instructions in the email to link their account to the rental.

4. Independent Control: After activation, co-riders can lock and unlock their assigned bikes directly from their own phones.

3. Key Policy Limits

• Timing: Co-riders cannot be added after the booking is finalized.
