The currency you have in your Donkey Wallet cannot be converted into another currency, or used in a country that does not use this currency.
You will need to withdraw the content of your wallet first in order to add funds in the correct currency of the country you are in.
You can withdraw your wallet funds under the wallet tab in the app.
