What if the vehicle gets stolen during my rental period?

If you make sure the vehicle is always locked when you're not using it, and you also use the chain it comes with for extra security overnight, we hope that won't happen.

In the case it still does, you should get in touch with us ASAP. We will search for the vehicle for 30 days and if we fail to find it, we will need to replace it. To replace the vehicle, we'll have to charge you a missing vehicle fee (€180) if you did not buy insurance during the booking (€30 with insurance).

To minimise the costs in the event of your vehicle being stolen, we advise you to add a vehicle theft insurance to your rental*.

*If you rented your vehicle through a local membership, the vehicle theft insurance is included in the fee for each rental.
