While we encourage all riders to park responsibly, we understand that mistakes can happen.
If you see a Donkey that has been parked the wrong way, abandoned somewhere far away, or simply one that has not moved for days or weeks, let us know where it is by filling in this form.
It would help us a lot if you can include the name of the bike, which you can find on the phone holder on the steering handle.
Our team will prioritize the pickup and ensure the bike is removed as soon as possible.
