- The safety of your bike is your liability during (and in some cases after) your rental.
- In the case your bike gets stolen or goes missing, you should get in touch with us ASAP. We can then end your rental and start looking for the bike.
- We do not offer refunds for any purchases related to the stolen bike.
- To help us replace the vehicle, we'll have to charge you a missing bike fee after 30 days. The amount charged depends on which country you rented the bike, what type of bike you rented and if you chose to include insurance in your rental or not.
