How long can I rent a bicycle?
There is no strict maximum duration for a "Just Ride" rental, but pricing and availability vary based on how you choose to ride.
1. Pay-As-You-Go (Just Ride)
Duration: You can keep the bike for as long as you need.
Pricing: Standard "Just Ride" rates apply for the total duration of the rental.
Important Note: To keep the fleet healthy, we recommend ending your rental at a drop-off hub when the bike is not in use.
2. Long-Term Passes (Daily or Weekly)
In many cities, we offer discounted rates for extended use. If available, these will appear in your Pricing Menu:
Day Passes: Ideal for several hours or a full day of sightseeing.
Weekly Passes: Best for commuters or long-term visitors (available for up to 7 days).
3. Inactive Rental Policy
To ensure bike availability and maintenance, please be aware of the following:
System Termination: If a rental remains inactive for an extended period, the system may automatically end the session.
Maintenance Access: Ending your rental at a hub allows our mechanics to perform safety checks and keeps the bike available for the community.
