How do I find and filter for e-bikes?

You can easily locate electric bikes (e-bikes) by looking for specific symbols or using the built-in map filters.

1. Identify E-Bikes on the Map

• Hub Symbols: Look for icons marked with a lightning symbol ⚡. These indicate drop-off hubs that currently have e-bikes available.

• Battery Levels: Tap any hub to see individual bikes. Each e-bike will show a lightning symbol alongside its current battery percentage.

2. Use the Bike Type Filter

To hide standard bikes and only see electric options:

1. Locate the Filter icon in the top-left corner of the map screen.

2. Select "E-bike" to toggle your view.

3. The map will update to show only electric models.

3. Why is the filter icon missing?

If you cannot see the filter icon in the top-left corner, it means only one bike type is available in your current service area. The app hides the filter tool when there are no alternative bike types (like Cargo or Classic) to switch between.
