How do I return the bike and end my rental?

Important:

• Locking the bike does not end the rental.
  
  
• Day deals do not end automatically.
  
  
• Tapping "End rental" starts the end rental process, the rental is ended when you receive a receipt on the screen. Closing the app before this may result in failure to end the rental.

How to end the rental:

1. Tap on “Return”. The app will automatically direct you to the closest drop-off location. You can also select another drop-off  if you prefer to.

2. Bring the bike to the exact location, this is indicated by the “End rental” button turning green.

3. Tap “End rental” and follow the instructions on the screen on how to lock the bike.

4. Do not close the app before you receive a receipt on the screen, closing the app too soon might result in the rental not ending.
