How to end a rental without the bike?

• You can always end your rental yourself, even when you're not with the bike.
  
  
• Follow these steps to end your rental without the bike:
  
  

1. Make sure you're at least 30 meters away from the bike.

2. Tap on "End rental".

3. The app will try to connect to the bike lock, and then ask you if you are with the bike.

4. When you press "No" it will ask you to pinpoint the exact bike location and then confirm your rental is ended.

• If you are unable to end the rental or there is another issue, get in touch with us.
  
  
• Make sure to let us know the name of the bike and the exact address you left the bike.
