Donkey bike memberships

In most cities we offer memberships for pedal bikes only, but some cities like Antwerp and Geneva also have memberships for e-bikes. To see the available memberships and pricing in your city go to the membership tab in the app.
Our memberships work globally, which means that if you sign up for a membership e.g. in Copenhagen, you can still use the benefits of the membership in the other cities where our service is available. Please note that the price and type of membership will be different from country to country and depending on the type of plan you choose. You can pay for it through any international payment card or PayPal.
Pedal bike memberships, give you a certain amount of minutes per day to be used. This means that you have a set amount of minutes you can use during the day no matter how many times you rent a Donkey. When you go over this set amount of minutes, you will get a custom fixed price per hour for the extra time you use the bike. This price can differ depending on the membership you choose.
E-bike memberships offer a limited amount of rides with a maximum amount of time per ride. Example: 10 rides of up to 30 minutes. When you go over this set amount of minutes you will pay the Just Ride price for the extra time.
Paying for a membership with the Donkey Wallet is only possible if your payment method is Bancontact, iDeal, Sofort or Klarna.
Memberships renew monthly and have a minimum subscription period.
