You can delete the account yourself under your profile in the app.
If this is not possible please send a request to delete your account to support@donkeyrepublic.com from the email address you signed up with. This is to make sure that you are the actual owner of the account and don't request the deletion of someone else's account, and also to comply with GDPR rules.
You will receive confirmation of the deletion process by email.
Accounts with outstanding payments, penalties, ongoing rentals, or rentals of which the bikes are not accounted for cannot be deleted until every payment is settled and all bikes are safe.
