Sorry you are experiencing lock issues, following these steps should help:

To lock the bike, please tap the "Lock" button in the app and follow the instructions in the app.

If you could not press the orange handle down, please disable Bluetooth and close the app completely. Then press the orange handle on the bikes lock down with your hand.

To check if the lock is locked, it should not be possible to pull it up.

No luck? Enable Bluetooth and tap "Lock" again. Then press the orange handle down with your hand.
- If the lock is still not locked, look for a button on the opposite side of the orange lever on the lock (not all locks have one).

Press this button once. Then press the orange handle down with your hand.
