I can't lock my bike

Sorry you are experiencing lock issues, following these steps should help:

• To lock the bike, please tap the "Lock" button in the app and follow the instructions in the app.
  
  
• If you could not press the orange handle down, please disable Bluetooth and close the app completely. Then press the orange handle on the bikes lock down with your hand.
  
  
• To check if the lock is locked, it should not be possible to pull it up.
  
  
• No luck? Enable Bluetooth and tap "Lock" again. Then press the orange handle down with your hand.
  
  
• If the lock is still not locked, look for a button on the opposite side of the orange lever on the lock (not all locks have one).
  
  
• Press this button once. Then press the orange handle down with your hand.
