How do I extend my bike pass?
To extend your current pass, follow these steps in the app: You can extend your current bike rental without returning the bike or starting a new session.
Navigate to the Map Screen.
Tap the Coin Icon (indicated by the red arrow).
Select and purchase the pass valid for your specific bike type.
đ When will my new pass start?
Your new pass is queued automatically. It will trigger the moment your current pass expires. Additionally, the timer for your rental stops only when you end the rental in the app. Simply locking the bike does not stop the timer, and the included minutes in your pass will continue to be consumed.
â Important: Processing Time
After your current pass ends, it may take up to 1 minute for the new Day Pass to appear as "Active." During this brief window:
You might see a "Pass Expired" notification.
Don't worry: Your new pass is already active in the background.- You can purchase a new pass while your current pass is still active, it will queue and activate automatically.
