🎁 How do I earn a reward?
Some locations offer a reward. You can spot them by the % icon next to the location’s name.
Pick up a bike from a location with a % icon to earn a reward.
Return your bike to a drop-off location with a % icon to earn another reward.
🔢 How many rewards can I earn?
You can earn up to 2 rewards per rental (group rentals share 1 reward):
1 reward for picking up from a location with a % icon
1 reward for returning to a drop-off location with a % icon
🎟️ Your reward is a pass
Rewards are given as a pass. The pass shows how much included time you get and how long its validity period is. Both can vary from reward to reward.
Like any other pass, your reward is shown on the map screen in the app.
The validity period starts when you earn the reward.
The pass is only valid in the city where you earned it.
It works on all bike types.
You can’t use a reward on the rental that earned it. It’s applied automatically to your next valid rental, so you don’t need to select it.
Your included time only counts down while you have an active rental. To stop the clock, end your rental at a drop-off location. Locking the bike doesn’t end the rental.
You can use your reward across multiple rentals. Just end each rental before you start the next one.
A pass can only be active on one rental at a time, so it can’t cover several riders at once.
If the validity period ends before you’ve used all your included time, the unused time is lost.
Once your included time is used up or the pass expires, you’re charged at Just Ride pricing.

⚠️ Good to know
You must return the bike to a different drop-off location from the one where you started.
Cancelled rentals don’t qualify.
Rewards are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note: Rewards are currently being rolled out and aren’t available to every rider or in every city yet. Once rewards are available to you, you’ll see them appear in the app.
