Penalties are automatically applied if a rental is ended outside a valid drop-off zone. The app provides a warning when attempting to end a rental outside these zones. If this warning is dismissed and the bike is left there, a penalty fee is charged to your account. These fees are non-refundable. To avoid this, always check the app for marked drop-off zones before ending your ride.

If you purchase a pass and add insurance to your rentals, the insurance fee is charged on top of the pass. To manage costs, review the insurance options before confirming your rental.

Memberships often include a daily free riding time (e.g., 2 hours). If you exceed this limit, additional charges apply. For example, after using the free time, a €2 fee may be charged for up to 12 more hours of bike usage. The timer resets at midnight.
