Where can I drop off my rental bicycle?
To find an eligible return hub, follow these steps based on your current rental status:
Before You Rent (Pre-Rental)
Select a Bike: Tap an orange icon on the map to select a specific bicycle.
Open Drop-Offs: Tap the "Drop-offs" label in the top-left corner of the screen.
View Hubs: The app will display all valid return locations for that specific bike.
During Your Rental
Automatic Map View: Once your journey begins, the app automatically highlights all active drop-off hubs on your main map. No extra steps are needed.
Ending Your Rental: Navigate to a marked drop-off hub on the map, lock the bike, and follow the in-app steps to complete the rental.
⚠️ Important Return Rules
Bike-Specific Locations: Drop-off hubs are unique to each bicycle belonging to a city.
Real-Time Availability: Hubs are dynamic and change based on capacity.
When ending your rental, follow the instructions and park the bike where the app requests.
Penalties for Non-Compliance: Ending a rental outside the designated city or at an unauthorized location will result in a penalty fees.-
Plan Ahead: If you plan to end your rental in a different area from where you started, ensure the destination has a valid drop-off hub for your bike.
Troubleshooting
Unable to End Rental: If the app does not allow you to end the rental, move to a valid drop-off as indicated in the app.
Hub Not Available: If your preferred hub does not appear in the app, it may be full or temporarily unavailable. Select another nearby hub displayed in the app.
