Changing your plan to fit your riding habits is quick and simple. Here is everything you need to know about switching your subscription, when your new plan starts, and how to request immediate upgrades.

đ How Plan Changes Work
When you switch your subscription in the app, your current plan stays active until your current payment cycle finishes.
Changes takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Continued Access: You keep full access to your original subscription benefits right up until the new plan automatically activates on your next renewal date.
No Extra Fees: You won't be charged for your new plan until your next billing date.
đ¤ Upgrading Mid-Cycle
If you find yourself riding more than expected and need access to a larger plan right away:
Support Team Assistance: Immediate mid-cycle upgrades cannot be processed automatically in the app, but our team is here to help.
Get in Touch: Reach out directly through Support in the Donkey Republic app so we can look into upgrading your plan early.

Why hasn't my new plan activated yet? Check your current billing end date in the app under Profile > Memberships. Your new plan is queued up and will start automatically as soon as the current period ends.
