How do I cancel my rental?
You can cancel your rental and receive a refund yourself as long as you have not yet unlocked the bike, or the app does not indicate the bike is unlocked.

✅ Cancellation Rules
Before Unlocking: You can cancel in the app at any time before the first unlock.
After Unlocking: Once the bike has been unlocked, the "Cancel" option is no longer available. To stop your session, you must End the Rental at a designated drop-off location.
💰 Refund Information
Automatic Processing: Your refund is triggered automatically upon cancellation.
Timeline: Funds typically return to your account within 5–10 working days.
Exceptions: Please note that reservation fees are non-refundable.-
Delayed Refunds: If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 working days, check your bank statement or contact your bank for clarification.-Original Payment Method: Refunds are returned to the original payment method used during the transaction. Ensure that the account or card is active to avoid delays.
Bank Processing Times: Different banks and payment providers have varying processing speeds, which can affect how quickly the refund appears in your account.
