🚲 Why is the code I am entering not working or I see "Error 422: Code has reached its maximum number of uses"?
If you are trying to enter a code and it is not working, it simply means the code has already been used, reached its overall usage limit and can no longer be redeemed.
👤 What should I do next?
Because these codes are provided directly by external partners, our support team isn't able to manually expand issue a new code. Here is how you can get it resolved:
Reach out to your organization: Contact your workplace benefits administrator, student services, or campus IT department to let them know the code is not working.
⚠️ Common Troubleshooting
Why did my code stop working if I haven't used it yet?
Codes issued to large groups often operate on a shared pool of total uses. Even if you personally haven't used the code before, the total number of redemptions allowed across your entire organization may have already been met.
Can Customer Support give me a replacement code directly?
Our team cannot grant custom codes for corporate or university programs. The fastest route to getting a working code is reaching out to the organization manager who originally provided it to you!
