Keeping track of stock and placing orders timely.
We are using this sheet to keep track of stock:
Spare-parts in the sheet are organized according to the bike they are specific to (example: 2018 Leader Dynamo) + a general group at the bottom for generic spare-parts for all bikes such as info-panels.
We are keeping stock of spareparts for 2 months. The number of spare-parts for 2 months is based on how many spareparts we need for 100 bikes on an annual basis. This is based on estimate from previous years, but if you find you need more or less spareparts, then Fleet Assistants can adjust this number in column "F".
The stock-list should be updated every 14 days. Once update is completed, column "L" will show how may spare-parts needs to be ordered. Please order from Hartje (or other local supplier you use) and items which are specific to Donkey can be ordered here: https://podio.com/webforms/21121594/1459894
Stock count and spare-part ordering should happen on Fridays before 14.00 CET.
DonkeyRepublic has a company account with Hartje and can open local accounts in the countries where we operate. If you do not have one already, please write firstname.lastname@example.org
