I can’t login to Donkey Owner App, what do I do?

Remember that the login for the Donkey Owner ap and for the Admin platform is the same, so if you need to reset it or create a new one, you have to do it through the Admin interface.

1. First of all, it sounds silly but make sure that you have mobile data or wifi connectivity.

2. Then make sure you are using the same credentials (email and password) as for the Admin platform.

3. If everything checks out, but you still can not login, contact us on support@donkeyrepublic.com , there might an issue on our end.
