Riders have not finished the rental, what do I do?

Sometimes Riders are not able to end rentals properly due to poor/ lack of internet connection and inaccurate/ weak GPS signal. When a rental is not ended by the user, the admin platform will let you know that the status of the rental is 'Expired'. In most of these cases, Donkey Republic and the system itself will take care of expired rentals in due time. Nonetheless, let us know if you noticed any expired rentals that have been there for long time.

Important to know, unless a bike has been actively disabled, an expired rental do not preclude the rented bike to be rented out again by a new user.
