The lock is broken what do I do?

If your lock is clearly broken, please read here on how to report and mark a broken a lock.

If you think you lock is broken, please contact your account manager and he/ she will be in touch for identifying the issues and agreeing on the next steps. If the lock eventually shown to be faulty then it should be reported as broken and we will ask you to send it back to us.

Possibly a replacement will be sent to you.
