Yes, you can move a bike to a different hub from the Admin platform. Recently, we have changed a bit process of moving the bike to avoid possible rental when the bike is being moved.
Go to the 'Bike' view and pick the bike you would like to move to a different hub.
Press 'Actions' on the right side of the screen and choose 'Disable'. Now you can take the bike from one hub and move it to another. Because the bike is not Enabled at the moment, no rider can rent it.
When you are at the new hub with the bike, come back to the 'Bike' page and pick the bike you moved.
Press 'Actions' again and choose 'Enable at'.
Now you can choose a new Hub. Click 'Save' to confirm.

REMEMBER: Marking bike as MISPLACED or MISSING automatically disables the bike and sets it as UNASSIGNED to any hub.
