Can I change my booking details?

Before the rental period starts, we can change the start time or the bike for you. Please contact us.

Once you unlock the first time, we can only change your bike, in case there's something wrong with it. We'll switch you to a new bike from the same pickup location, provided there is one available. Please contact us.

Before your rental period ends, you can extend it yourself, provided nobody booked the same bike right after you. Here's how.

Unfortunately, we can never change the pickup location or add extra bikes to your booking. But you can cancel your rental before your first unlock and make another booking with the new requirements. Here's how to cancel your rental.
