What if I don't have internet connection when I end my rental?

The Donkey app needs to connect to the internet when you click END RENTAL at the pick up locatio to tell us that you safely returned your Donkey to its pick up location.

If you have no internet connection, we'll have to take your word for it. So you can go ahead and end the rental without internet.

Then whenever you go online, when it is possible for you, please open the app.

Then the app will send us the location of the bike - so we'll know the bike location.
